Do you supply and install?
Yes. We supply and install windows, glass and aluminium, from approved suppliers, so you deal with one team from quote to handover.
Where do you work?
We’re based in South Geelong and work across Geelong, Melbourne and greater Victoria.
What sort of jobs do you take on?
Residential builds and renovations, commercial fit-outs, shopfronts, schools and industrial work. We’ve also fitted shower screens for The Block 2023.
How do I get a quote?
Quotes are free. Tap Get a quote at the top of the page or call 0468 041 648. Send us plans, photos or measurements if you have them, and tell us about the job. We reply quickly with a clear quote.
Are you insured?
Yes, LuxeView is fully insured, including public liability, and we have WorkCover. Ask us and we’ll send a copy of our certificate with your quote.
What warranty do I get?
Standard Australian warranties apply. What that covers depends on the job, so we spell it out in your quote. And if something we installed isn’t right, we come back and fix it.
What if the job changes after I’ve said yes?
Any variation or change to scope is approved in writing before the work starts. No surprises.
Will I know what’s going on during the job?
Yes. We check in with the builder at the start of every day and call out problems early, never after the fact.
What happens when the job is finished?
We walk every area we worked in, clean up, and check everything. Silicone tooled clean, stickers removed, locks tested. Dated photos are taken before we leave.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us. If it’s ours, we own it and we fix it. That’s how we work, every time.
